Review content:
A neighbor used Action Maids so I gave them a try. The first time out they did a nice job. The second time the job looked rushed, you could see a vaccum cleaner had been run over some of the carpet but not thoroughly. The third time it did not even look like they did the floors. I called and complained and was told one of the maids was pregnant and could not carry the vaccum cleaner upstairs, she (the owner) promised a better job next time and gave a discount on the services. I felt this was fair. The next time was worse than ever, not only did they not vaccum, all the work was sloppy, from not bothering to fold a throw and arrange the pillows on the couch, to putting cleaning solution in the toilet and leaving it without doing the cleaning. When I got home I was extremely dissappointed. I called Action Maids and spoke with an assistant, I was given more excuses, the vaccum cleaner was broken, etc; but they would not come back to do it right. It is just my husband and I so our home is not hard to clean. We both work and that extra help every 2 weeks should relieve stress not add to it. I know Action Maids use to have a good reputation but their work now is sloppy. I would not reccomend their services and their customer service is none existant.
