Excellent knowledge of home theater technology, particularly with the top people - dedicated to doing the job right and treat all customers the same. Very cool showroom that allows the customer to brainstorm the different options available to them. Would (and have) highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone I know seeking home theater consulting.
