If you are looking to buy property or that perfect house ask for Carol Spinelli. She has an uncanny ability to know exactly what you are looking for - before you even know yourself! She helped us buy a beautiful business that fulfilled our life long dreams. She made the whole process so easy and delightful (imagine the word delightful used in conjunction with a real estate purchase!). She stayed on top of every detail via telephone and email and answered all questions with amazing clarity and speed. She helped us obtain a great mortgage and lawyer and also gave references for local services and contractors (which was a HUGE help in opening our business!).\r
So when we wanted to purchase land recently we of course went to Carol again! We found the most amazing piece of property - and it was the first one she showed us! (Now that I think of it, both times it was the first place that she showed us that we bought!)\r
Again, the ease at which the entire transaction was handled was truly amazing.\r
She seems to have her finger on the pulse of the area in a way I have never seen any other real estate agent be able to do (we had looked with other agents before finding Carol and never found what we wanted).\r
I would highly recommend Carol to anyone looking to buy a home or property - you won't be disappointed!!!
