Review content:
We used Achieve Realty when we bought our home in 2009. When taxes came around in 2010, I received a letter stating that there was an issue with the deed to our house that should have been caught at the closing. Until this issue is fixed, Beaver County still lists the previous owner on the property and she is legally responsible for the taxes, if I didn't pay them. I contacted Achieve and was told they would look into it. I thought the issue was taken care of until this year, 2012, when I received another notice in the mail. I again contacted Achieve. They finally figured out that they need to re-write part of the deed and have the seller re-sign it. I was happy that this issue from two years ago was finally being taken care of. When I asked Achieve how long this would take to fix, I was told two weeks. After the two weeks was over, I had still not heard from them. I have been calling them almost every day, leaving voice messages, and writing emails in an attempt to be updated about what is happening with the deed to my house. I have not heard from them in 5 weeks. It is absolutely unacceptable that no one from Achieve Realty can take 5 minutes to call me back or email me. This matter is clearly of little importance to them, but as the home owner, it is a very high priority to me. I would never choose to work with them again, their customer service is terrible. If you do work with them, you had better hope they did everything right, because if not they already got your money and obviously don't care about fixing their mistakes. At this point, I could never sell my house and as far as the county is concerned, it isn't mine anyway. I think 2 years is way too long to wait for an issue with the deed to your house to be fixed, Don't use this business!!
