This school has everything - from Southern Hung Gar Kung Fu, Northern Long Fist, Xing Yi, Wing Tsun, Tai Chi, Bagua to Qi Gong and yoga.\r

The classes are always full and there are lots of families that attend.\r
The school has several programs and also a Medical Professional Association.\r
\r
Not only is the instruction on the martial arts forms but weapons training and GrandMaster seminars are featured.\r
\r
Bar none, this is the best martial arts school in the valley.\r
