Review content:
I am a local Personal Trainer who was really excited about becoming acquainted with Bikram Yoga. I picked Betsy's Hot Yoga against many of my client's recommendations (I had been told that Betsy's Hot Yoga was not the best) simply because the studio was in a convenient location for me. Bad choice. When I first arrived at Betsy's Hot Yoga, Betsy (the business owner) seemed very annoyed with my inquiries about the packages I wanted to purchase. Betsy was so rude that she sent off a vibe that she didn't care whether or not she got my business. This attitude in 'times like these really caught me off guard and disappointed me as well. I did however, stay through the first class and afterward had one question about a certain Bikram pose. When I asked the instructor he told me that he could not answer any of my questions. My jaw almost dropped to the floor when he denied my request for help on proper form. This upset me as well.\r \r Also, being a Personal Trainer allowed me to notice that A LOT of people that were in the class shouldn't have been there. They let unconditioned people start in Bikram Yoga (an advanced yoga class) when they should be starting at a more basic level in order to avoid injury.\r \r \r \r Lastly, despite my poor experience I went back to Betsy's Hot Yoga for another Bikram class and felt confident that Betsy's Hot Yoga would redeem itself and that my poor experience was just a random occurance. This time I went to the desk to ask Betsy if I could purchase a 3month membership. She started with the attitude all over again. She was mumbling things under her breath as I looked over pricing on the flyer she seemed so annoyed to hand me. As she was signing her clients in she whispered under her breath, ""This is f**king chaos"". Once again, she seemed annoyed by all the business she was receiving. That's when I realized that the first time I went to Betsy' Hot Yoga I hadn't hit Betsy on a bad day, this was just the way she treated her clients. That's when I left Betsy's Hot Yoga and I will never go back again.\r \r \r \r At the end of the day I just want to pay for a service someone is happy to provide for me. I want my money to go to a person/business that appreciates me as a client. If you are like me, than you will not like Betsy's Hot Yoga and you should not waist your time going there because there are several other Hot Yoga businesses in the area that will give you top notch customer service and an all around great experience. Good luck to you!\r \r Cons: Poor Customer Service
