Businiess name:  EHS - The 1760 3rd Avenue Residence

Review content:
I lived in EHS for a 9-month lease in a double room. If I had the option to re-live the experience I would not do it again in a million years. The websites made the residence look very appealing; however the rooms look absolutely NOTHING like they do on the website. In fact the entire building looks nothing similar to the photos on the EHS website. On the bright side there is a 24 hour gym and laundry facilities and security at the front so not just anyone can come in. However that's the extent of the pro's. The cons on the other hand: You have to pay 10$ to have a guest stay overnight on top of the 15,000$ spent for a VERY SMALL double room. Guests must have photo id or they cannot get in. The EHS staff constantly does room checks and when I first moved in I had issues with maintenance walking in when either no one was here or I was sleeping. As a young female this did not make me happy. Also the internet connection is SOO slow which is senseless when this is a building populated by college students doing college work; fast internet is essential.... Overall; the amount of money it costs to live in a room the size of a closet shared with 1 other person you may as well invest the money in a nice apartment in the same area. I absolutely LOVE the area of East Harlem/Upper East Side.
