Review content:
I started coming to this Crossfit Gym when it first opened in May of 2011. Before I started working out here I used to go to 24 HR fitness. I felt when I was going to 24 Hr that I was lost because even though there was a ton of machines I didn't know what ones to use or what ones would benefit me. Also if you have ever been to one of these chains gyms you know there is a lot of D Bags that hang out there, lift heavy weights, and are constantly staring at themselves in the mirror. This can be pretty intimidating. So my buddy who had already been doing crossfit told me that his friend and trainer was opening his own gym and I should give it a try, I did and I have not stopped coming since. Coming here is the best decision I have ever made. Coming here is like having your own personal trainer. The classes are limited to 15 people and only last an hour. During each class there is 2 or more certified trainers helping everyone out and making sure that they are doing each movement properly. The owner programs new work outs for everyday of the week known in the crossfit world as the WOD (work out of the day). This is nice because you aren't coming to the gym and doing the same boring thing everyday. There are no machines at this gym except rowing ones. The different workouts keep your muscles confused and makes the workouts interesting and fun! The best part about coming here is that no one makes you feel out of place, they make you feel welcome and part of the family because thats what we are here! So if you wanna get in the best shape of your life and want to be around motivating people that will help you do it, then this is the place for you.
