I love the Skinny Jeans contest which is an amazing contest at Fit Code. So we exercise and then we follow a meal plan and then we get skinny. How easy is that! We have great trainers, and great participants and team mates, who become friends, and great support. What more could we ask for? The best part is I feel great! I have never eaten so healthy with just minimum effort in meal planning. FIT CODE IS THE BEST!! THANK YOU TO SHELTON AND ALL THE TRAINERS, ESPECIALLY JAMIE, WHO IS MY TRAINER. I am down a size, possibly more, in just 4 1/2 weeks. What will I be able to accomplish in the next 1 1/2 weeks? Watch out here I come, skinny world. :)
