Review content:
I signed up for the service contract back in October. Well worth it. Once a quarter, I get a tech at my house putting down all the preventative applications. They even remove all the cob-webs on my porch and around the outside of the house. If I ever see anything throughout the year, one call gets them out to the house and they re-apply as needed... at no extra cost. The techs are very professional and take extra care when entering the house. A very well run company.
