Lydia Cladek Inc, bought my contract from Rob Partelo's Winners Circle in St. Pete, FL. They harass you on the phone the day before your payments are due. I recently sent them 5 prepayments back in July 2009. They took it upon themselves to apply my money order and coupons attached to towards the interest on my contract, without my permission. Now they are saying as of September 2009 I owe them money. I reported them to the Bureau of Northwest Florida, State of Florida Comptrollers Office of Finance and Accounting Division for Fraud, and Consumer Lawyer Eric Seidieil of Channel 13 WTVT. They are being investigated as of 9/1/09. If you've done any business with them and they've harassesd you send in your complaints asap!.
Cons: harassing phone call that are rude and threatening
