Review content:
My car had a serious problem, so I brought it what was suppose to be a credible, professional dealership. \r \r The customer service and quality of workmanship I received was pitiful. \r \r A diagnostic test is $89, if they can not find anything wrong with it - they start charging you by the hour and then call you with a 'deal.' So, in the 5 days the dealership had my vehicle- they told me it would cost $220 for a diagnostic. They had a laundry list of things they THINK could be wrong with it and told they were not sure, but would have to charge me for each item performed (even if it didn't solve the actual problem). The things they taught could have caused the problem cost over $1300...\r \r Instead of being screwed over by the dealership- I took my car to ALMAR in Charlotte. Almar fixed my car in a day and charged me $150. No diagnostic fees, great customer service, and come extremely recommended by me.\r \r As for Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Gold Hill - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE.
