BEWARE...these people are LIARS and SCAMMERS. Like many others, I foolishly purchased the 3 mani-pedi groupon because it seemed like a great deal. Well it was too good to be true.\r \r When calling to make my appt the lady demanded my groupon number before she would book an appt for me. After I gave her my number she told me to hold on and I waited for almost 15 minutes. Finally I hung up and called back. I confirmed my date and time, and the women told me that if I didn't show up that they would redeem the groupon. I said I would be there. I'm a punctual, organized person. \r \r When I went to the appointment the women at the desk acted dumb and told me that they didn't have me scheduled that day. She flipped through her book for a minute and then told me that I was scheduled the week before. I told her that that was a mistake and I wouldn't have scheduled that day because I had a baby shower to go to. I asked if I could still get a mani-pedi that day. Mind you, there was No One else in the salon. She told me that they had other appointments and that I could rescheduled. She also stated that I would have to redeem one of the 3 mani-pedis for the appointment I missed. I told them no thanks! \r \r If your business participates in a groupon deal then you should expect to have customers using them. Not treat them differently, lie and scam them out of the deal they paid for. It's simple AWFUL customer service and AWFUL business practice.
