Businiess name:  Los Jalapenos

Review content:
Tucked away in a modest stripmall at the corner of Josey and Rosemeade (between a Big Lots and an AutoZone) Los Jalapenos may be THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN CARROLLTON. The friendly staff and fantastic, authentic Mexican dishes are not to be missed! And superior live entertainment and prices that'll have you shaking your head in disbelief. \r \r FOOD & PRICE: Mouth watering Carnitas (tender chunks of fried pork served with pico de gallo) is only $6.99. All chicken and beef dishes are most excellent. Yummy ""Pechuga Rellena"" (chicken breast stuffed with ham, cheese, pico de gallo covered with Francis? signature special sauce) for only $8.99 would be $10-$13 elsewhere. The ""Texas Parillada For Three"" (a fantastic combination of beef & chicken fajitas, carnitas, sausage and shrimp.) would actually feed 4 or 5 for only $29.99. And if you like spicy seafood, try the Tilapia or ""Camarones a la Diabla"" (7 jumbo shrimp bathed in very spicy chipotle sauce) or ""Braduardo's Plate"", a new item that will have your mouth singing (shrimp wrapped in jalapeno and bacon, grilled & smothered in Francis Sauce).\r \r ENTERTAINMENT: Wonderful live music every week on the new performance stage. Thursdays, you're treated to the beautiful voice and romantic Spanish love songs of ""Martin Santalucia & His Romantic Guitar"". Nearly every Friday, Top-5 World Finalist Domingo ""The Best Voice of Elvis"" packs them in. You seriously won't believe your ears! Complete with a light show that'll have you wondering if you're actually in Vegas. (You may hear ""Elvis Tribute"" and hesitate - but this guy is the best you're ever gonna find. He puts on quite a show, for a very enthusiastic, loyal following. ) And for the cha-cha crowd, Saturdays you get the ""Unforgettable Ballads of Miguel Rivera"" and Salsa dancing.\r \r DRINKS: Too many tequilas to list. Mexican & domestic beer. Or ask for one of the tasty drinks made with fresh fruit!\r \r ATMOSPHERE: Simple and Elegant. A perfect fit.\r Pros: Food. Flavor. Price. Live Music. Cons: May need a reservation on Friday & Saturday
