Review content:
Rising Lotus is a sanctuary from the world out there. Practicing yoga with 100% of your focus always brings you to yourself and unravels the physical and mental knots. All of the teachers I've met at RL are expert at feeling the ""mind"" of the class and guiding the group into a deeper focus. It's not a body shop at all. It's more of a soul kitchen. I always leave with new skin and a feeling like the sky is inside me. Claire and Daniel are the most unpretentious yogis who will make you laugh while you struggle on one leg and stop you from taking it all too seriously.
