Review content:
Would not recommend this photographer. Our entire ceremony photos were lost, as well as many our reception shots, and we never even received an apology. Some of the pictures which were lost occurred when we paid them extra to stay later and get shots of us leaving the reception (most of these photos were lost also). If anything, they were argumentative and stated it was our fault since we had waited a year before coming in to claim our photos (they previously said we could take up to a year). Eventually they did make some reparation and gave us our negatives as payments, but we still don't have any pictures of our ceremony and some very important ones of our reception. It wasn't so much that they lost the photos, but they way the handled the situation was incredibly poor. Also, in viewing the site a while back I noticed that they do not password protect the pictures that they put online. We were able to freely look at pictures from other weddings (this since may have changed, as we do not make it a point to check out their website).
Pros: Good photos
Cons: Lost photos, poor customer service
