It has been a pleasure working with Copper Mobile and the team. Specially Varun, Kelli, Ram, Rakesh, James, Lonnie, Kurt, Jeff and Arvind. Your team is very knowledgeable and excellent coders. It's easy to learn a programming language but what is important are the intangibles. Where your team excels is in the big picture view of programming. For example, variables are named in a manner that would allow any programmer to make changes. Your team understands that this code will be maintained by other programmers and the software is coded that way. In addition to good, smart code you and your group are very responsive. We have always had the code by the deadline, in fact often times early. I can pick up the phone and get someone at any point. I can't tell you how important and pleasurable that is. I think what speaks volumes is that we have continued to work with you for some time. There are a lot of developer shops out there. I get calls on a daily basis. The only way to stay in business in this arena is to provide excellent code and superior customer service. Your team excels in both of these aspects. I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for outsourced programming.
