RENTER OR BUYER BEWARE!! THIS PLACE SUCKS FOR SURE AN U HAVE TO BUY YOUR OWN WATER BECAUSE THE OWNERS ARE TO CHEAP TO FIX THE WATER SYSTEM THEY HAVE AND OLD SMELLY SEWER THAT REAKS DAILY AND DON'T LET THE WIND BLOW!! ALSO CAROL THE MANAGER AND OWNER IS RUDE, PREDUDICE, AN UNFRIENDLY, TO ANYONE OF DIFFERENT ETHNICS AN IF U HAVE CHILDREN MAKE SURE THEY ARE ON A LEASH THIS PLACE IS NOT KID FRIENDLY!! OVERALL I GAVE THIS PLACE A RATING OF 0 THE NEIGHBORS HERE HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO SPY AND COMPLAIN ON PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING NOTHING WRONG THIS MIGHT AS WELL BE AND ALL SENIOR PARK! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY BE WARNED!!!!!! OH AN ONE MORE THING CAROL IS ONLY FRIENDLY WHEN SHE IS TRYING TO RENT OR SELL TO U AN THEY ALSO FIX THE TRAILERS CHEAP FOR CHEAP LABOR!
