My USB Hard Drive crashed and it was not visable in the computer or when I plugged it into my laptop. I had critical data on it that I needed for work. A neighbor referred me to this company as they recovered his hard drive previously.\r

I scheduled a same day appointment and the owner came out and was able to get all the data off after cracking open my USB Hard Drive. I feel great now and I would recommend this computer service to others.
