I bought a used 05 Durango from this dealer on Fairview. They sold it to us at a fair price but the salesman couldn't locate the jack and their wasn't a manual that came with the car. I bought a manual on ebay and found the jack under the rear passenger seat, not a really big deal. I wasn't happy my key fob didn't work but they offered to sell me one. I was given two fobs from a dealer down the street when I bought my last car. I had no issues with getting a manual or anything like that. I'll probably go elsewhere next time I need to buy a car. They need to work on having better customer service.
