Here is the cliffnote version, purchased a session through Groupon....emailed for an appt, received a return email requesting me to call for an appt....called 3 times over 12 days, left 3 messages hoping for a call back....still waiting...very disappointed...
Hurray...got a call from Ali, super nice, scheduled me for my session, very professional on the phone, look forward to meeting her in person...
