My experience with the Fountian's management team has been absolutle horrible. we have been infested with ants since we moved in and when we tried to get them to fix the problem, they were always ""off"" or would miss appointments, causing myself and my husband to lose money by having to stay home from work for nothing. The manager right now, Shalene Garcia called my husband an a**hole and got her father involved with our situation (I'm still not sure why). We recieved compensation for one instance of pest spraying and when we asked for more compensation for repeated occurences, we were told by a lawyer assisting the vice president that we should be happy with what we already got. This Vice presisdent of the company apparently felt the need to talk to a lawyer because we felt we should be compensated for our troubles instead of ever reaching out to us, We have been bullied and disrespected in every encounter with the management at this place. When they are not calling you names, they are ignoring you. For your own sanity, go somewhere else in Lodi.
