Expensive... $50 a lb charge for R22. They said I needed 5lbs and then charged me a $75 service fee on top. I asked why it was $50 a lb for R22 when online it was less than $15 a lb. They said it was an all inclusive price ie. gauges/equipment etc. So I asked why if it was an all inclusive price why there was a $75 service fee also if the price for R22 was all inclusive....it just went round in a circles...sounds like double or triple dipping to me. And how do you verify how much they put in? All I asked them to do was come and add R22. Didn't asked for their opinion on what was needed. I guess it doesn't matter who you call you are going to get the shaft. I recommend changing AC people every call. -frustrated home owner
