Travelers be warned. ""A Touch of Country"" is operated by an unscrupulious owner. The woman who operates this two-cottage property received an accidental overpayment by check from our company of nearly $800.00, and refused to admit the error, citing that her website states ""no refunds."" \r
\r
Seriously folks, we highly suggest that travelers avoid ""A Touch of Country"" in New Iberia, LA. There are better, and more professionally operated ""real"" B&B's along the Bayou Teche that are wonderful. ""A Taste of Country"" is definitely not one of them.
