Review content:
The nasty comment left by that review person seems made up by a petty, vindictive nasty person - Ive been a customer for years ALWAYS had instant response and love all items especially spell kits as does everyone else - read their testimonial page or visit in person- also, they dont use Fedex, never have (been ordering for 8 years), so thats a lie too. there items are the best otherwise that person would not have been shopping their for years like they said. Every time I email the owner she respond herself, did you try talking with her first,my guess is no - you just want to be nasty and vindictive...may you get back everything you do to others.
Pros: Love the handcrafted items and personal service
