We had Len @ Complete Carpet Care LLC come out when we decided to put our house on the market. When he showed up for the initial consultation and turned off the lights, pulled out the yellow glasses, and turned on a black light, I thought ""This man is serious about carpet stains."" He and his assistant Zach did a fantastic job. We had another company come out earlier this year and steam clean, but there were still a few spots that we thought were permanent. Len spent almost the whole day meticulously treating each area with methods and detail I have never seen before. He is extremely educated and experienced about carpet and treating any type of stain on all types of textiles. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and the time that he took to make sure I understood what and why he was doing each step. He educated me on carpet, area rugs, tile, and upholstery. Valuable information when I make purchases in the future. My snow white carpet looks like snow again. Not sludge. Even the areas without traffic that were previously cleaned by the other company ended up even cleaner! We have already started telling everyone about him. Professional, great service, great to work with and have in our home. Even the dog liked him. Worth every penny! I never told him this, but he would have had the job without even telling me any of the details or methods. He had me at the yellow glasses and black light. I have crowned him ""Len the Carpet Scientist!""
