I can't imagine who posted 5 star reviews but you decide:\r
- movers showed up 1.5 late\r
- started backing at 8:30 (had to move a 2br apt. 10 streets, but I sold most of my furniture so it was only 2 beds, no couch, bookshelves and boxes, no dining table or bedroom furniture) \r
- finished with the move after 6PM\r
- wall unit 2 corners were banged in stain chipped\r
- the tape they used stripped off the finising of all 3 of my Ikea bookshelves\r
- matress was NOT wrapped and was dragged on the street and halway\r
- they lost the screws to my bed so it could not be reassembled, I had to carry the bed boards to the hardware store where they custom fit the screws\r
- chipped 2 of my Bo Concept display units beyond repair\r
- the owner promised they he will send someone to fix the painting.\r

The movers were nice and friendly, but must've taken a 2 hour break between leaving the old building and getting to the new. I beleive they've never been trained.\r
