Hands down I had a great experience with New York Movers – Remarkable Movers. I was able to schedule a Saturday move with less than 1 week's notice, and even piggy back off of another friend moving on the same day from BK to Manhattan to save everyone time.\r
Price/Quotes: They offered me flat rate which I strongly preferred. Their price comparable to other companies that only offered hourly rates (based up on expected moving time) and very reasonable, but instead of a 3-man crew I got 4 men! 4 moving ninjas. I found the online quote form great to really help you understand how much stuff you REALLY have.\r
I moved from a 3rd floor walk up to a 5th floor walk up. Mover's nightmare, but these moving ninjas took it in stride and were great.\r
They came 1.5 hours early! Luckily I was ready to get moving, but if I wasn't they seemed like it would have been no big deal to wait until my official starting time. My entire 1 bedroom apartment was loaded up and in the truck in just over an hour. How the hell did they do that? I spent hours of the last week just packing!\r
They wrapped up my furniture and were careful with all my belongings. Not at any point did I feel uncomfortable with how they were treating my stuff. Upon move-in, they tackled 4 flights of stairs with a great attitude and were still able to crack some jokes. Even though I offered food, etc., they only accepted some water and Gatorade throughout the day.\r
I'd highly recommend New York Movers – Remarkable Movers for anyone moving. Screw paying friends with pizza and beer - it's so worth the cost, and instead of taking a long day to move, it's done in an afternoon. We sincerely want to thanks this incredible Moving Company - Thank you very much New York Movers – Remarkable Movers.\r
