I took my vehicle in for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation, it is 1 yr old with 14,000 miles. The mechanic said the oil was lumpy, WTF does that mean, it was changed 7,000 miles before and checked weekly, he said the tires didn't need rotated, hadn't been done for 7,000 miles, probably didn't wqnt to do it because it was free with the coupon, and he failed my inspection due to pitting on the rear brake rotors. I went to another shop and they passed my inspection and stated my brakes were fine. The pitting was minor and normal for this area with the winters.
I would NOT recommend this shop to someone I didn't like, The lady that was in there with me got hit for $600+. Like I said they are thieving hacks, I worked in a shop for over 5 years, I wouldn't send my mother-in-law there. Go at your own risk.
