I wish I had read reviews before I went! I went in for fillers that Ellie had sold me on during a consultation. She had told me 2 vials would be perfect. This was a huge splurge for me as I had saved for over a year for this. Once I got to the appointment, Ellie kept trying to sell me more syringes saying that 2 would not be enough. I told her that's all I could afford right now. She ended up putting all of the filler in 2 places on my face so I now have 2 unnatural looking bumps on my face. Instead of spreading the filler out to look natural, When I talked to her about it she said I would need more filler to make it look right. She also encouraged me to massage the 2 lumps so they would go down. I asked for some of my money back and was told that they couldn't refund money after the service was performed - no accountability!
Since then I have been told that she has lots of complaints against her. What a huge disappointment.
Definitely a used car sales approach to making more money.
