I don't even know where to begin. i've had plenty of laser treatments in Washington and Florida and I know what a laser treatment is supposed to be like. I moved to SF and wanted to find a new place. I can't believe people like Elham would take advantage of their clients like this. She did a very poor, rushed, job in my face and underarm areas, totally missed spots and when I told her about it, she mentioned ""I had gotten a good deal and that she would cover the those missed areas during the next session"". It was terrible. I told her I was disappointed with her job, and after going back and forth showing her the missed spots, she *kicked me out of her office and told me not to come to the clinic again!!!* She could have had a bad day, but what she did was totally unprofessional! This lady has a terrible temper. If you go, make sure she does a thorough job. It's your money.
