Review content:
Yes, Parkside has grown a lot in the last two years BUT it?s because they are the best practice in the Upstate and, even today, no other pediatric office compares?just try the others, you?ll see. To that point, they?ve recently added two fantastic female doctors who practice with the same philosophy and care. I understand, of course, wait times are important, but from my experience, there wait times are still less than any other practice in town. And while the docs may not have as much time to sit around and shoot the breeze like they did when they first opened, I am still very confident when I leave that my kids havereceived the best care possible. Regarding hospital care, these pediatricians do see ALL newborns (sick and well) in the hospital. If they deem your child to be sick enough to need admission to the hospital, they prefer a Pediatric Hospitals care for them (makes sense since the pediatric hospitalists are doctors who specialize in hospital medicine and are there in the hospital with your child 24/7). The other doctors who claim to care for your child in the hospital, actually are working in their office all day and only see you briefly in the morning while the hospital nurses provide the care. Parkside Pediatrics? goal is to offer the best care to your child available in the office and in the hospital. I will step off my soapbox now, I just wanted to reinforce to those who may not have experienced Parkside Pediatrics, that they truly are a one-of-a-kind pediatric practice and the pediatricians there are truly the best in the area. Check it out for yourself.
