Review content:
Unbelievably the WORST towing company that I EVER deal with in all my 41 years! Called AAA for roadside service. They informed me that someone should be out within 45 minutes. After 50 minutes, I call. They told me that he should be there soon. 20 more minutes....nothing. Called AAA back and they called company to get status. Finally, after nearly 2 hours, the guy shows up. I told him that I have been waiting 2 hours and he says he just got the call 10 minutes ago. Which my reply was ""Really?"" sarcastically of course. He then told me that I can wait more and got in his truck and left. Called back AAA and they sent someone else out in 10 minutes. Made complaint with AAA and then called towing company. Ricardo's threated to come back to where my car was and promised that I'd regret it if he did. No words can be said as to the lack of professionalism, rudeness, disrespect and ethics as this Towing company. Stay away!
