Recently, after receiving the old Home Owners Association letter about needing more green and less brown in my yard, I contacted Southern Sod Service. I responded to an add they placed in the Sentinel offering special pricing for pallets of sod.\r

What a GREAT experience! Everything from knowledgeable answers to my questions (shade tolerance, care of the sod, etc) to the delivery man was an extremely positive experience. \r

Due to an unforseen job obligation, I had to cancel my first delivery. A couple of weeks later, (the advertised sales pricing had expired), I rescheduled and they happily honored the original sales pricing.\r

The truck driver - what a nice man - was very careful in placing all my pallets around the yard where I wanted them - carefully looking for and finding my various sprinkler heads so as to not damage them......all this by phone while I was at work in Daytona.\r

My yard / landscaping / putting in more natural areas saga continues.........and you can definately believe that Southern Sod will be a part of my week-end warrior work throughout the summer and fall. Robb
