The headline is not an exaggeration. I actually think this company deserves, oh, -50 stars. Anoush (the owner) is just plain scary. I actually hesitate to give details about my experience for fear that she'll figure out who I am! She went totally bats%*# crazy and ACTUALLY THREATENED ME when I asked for a refund - after she *still* had not set me up on any dates six months after I paid her my $350 for her basic matchmaking package.
So basically, according to her, I should've known that their matchmaking packages actually just amount to lots of speed dating. And their speed dating sucks. Pretentious venues (I know this is LA, but come on!), not enough men, petty meanness encouraged on their ""date-mate"" cards... I'm pretty sure that 90% of the positive reviews on here are actually Anoush or her minions posting fake reviews. Beware!
