Review content:
The analysis of our 3 systems was detailed and laid out clearly as well as alternate costs. We decided to replace an aging, undersized HVAC unit, and what a difference the right sized, energy efficient system makes. Even with thermostat set at the same temp, the house no longer has warm and cold spots. Haven't gotten a new bill yet, but just living in the house is much more comfortable. My miserly husband can't believe how much better it is though he will never admit to it being money well-spent.
Part of the job included blowing 14" of insulation in the attics. The clean up could have been better, but it is probably impossible to get all little pieces of fluff that float around. Only reason why Total Experience was not a 5 star rating.
One of the rungs in the ceiling ladder broke under their weight, and probably not their fault at all since it was an older ladder (not sure how old since we've only lived in the house 18 months), but they let me know it had broken and they built a new step at no additional cost to me.
