Do you know that you can book a room over the phone 2 months in advance and cancel right away and still be charged $35? Me either. That's what happened to me. I looked at the rooms on line, called and booked a night and then had to change it. They don't tell you this when you are on the phone giving them your credit card. I spoke to the owner and she was horrid. I guess I'm lucky I didn't cancel within a 2 week period of the arrival date or she'd charge for one night. She even said (Quote!) ""I can't believe you are getting upset about $35"". OK...it could be 35cents. They are not allowed to have that kind of policy without informing you first. Bad biz!
