I got my haircut back in January and had a great experience. But, when I tried getting another appointment again in March, I had a bad experience. I called the salon phone number SEVERAL times a day and no one ever answered or returned my phone call. Finally, I called a stylist personally and set up an appointment, which I later had to reschedule. I walked in at my original appointment time and there were two stylists in the building, and one client who was just finishing up. Both Michelle and Tiffany said they were totally busy (one was painting the walls) and would not give me an appointment. They acted annoyed as if I were really bothering their quiet afternoon. So, Michelle rescheduled me for the next night at 7 pm and then called within 24 hours to cancel it.\r \r I refuse to go there again because they treated me very poorly. Their prices are a little too high for the quality of haircut as well.\r Pros: Decent skill with hair cutting Cons: Poor customer service
