I used these guys because the bad reviews had not been submitted when I used these guys...\r
Two days before the move, I called twice to give them the inventory of what I had at the house and to ensure the truck was big enough and they had guy capable of moving everything...I did not want to make two trips. My house is only 3 bdrm. The truck was still not big enough to load everything. \r

When they discovered they would need a third man to load the refrigerator. The owner showed up with an attitude because he had to drive the third guy to help with the refrigerator move...apparently the third man did not have his own car. \r
After the two men loaded what they could...The owner (manager) walked into my house with an attitude and complaining out loud about having to bring someone all the way up to Anthem and then looked straight at me and said nothing...AFTER HAVING ME WAIT 30 MINUTES BECAUSE HE DID NOT PLAN CORRECLTY! \r
The four men loaded the refrigerator into the truck yelling and snapping at each other. It was so unprofessional. It was like watching four Stooges move that thing...REALLY!! \r
When we finally got to the new location, the owner/manager said out loud...""Hurry it up! I am only here for you to move the frigerator""...I was shocked at his attitude. As he made his way to the car, he told the guys, "" you keep him and take him back to the office""\r
So now I have three movers...I think great! quick and easy...and then I watched them drop my dining room table in the driveway....OMG!! \r
After all was done...the owner/manager tried to charge me $155. too much!!!...over $950... CHECK THE MATH!! \r

As I am settling in...I have found several scatches, tears and dings in other furniture and the refrigerator...has a hose that was ripped out when they moved it into the truck. I need to get that replaced....this is all besides the dining table. \r

If you value your belongings...don't use them!
Pros: nice guys...
Cons: horrible service and bad attitude...and ruined furniture
