Review content:
The part where owner of the store Patrick McDonald sold us the laminate flooring was easy and pleasant, but that's the only good part in this story. Rest of it is a nightmare that still goes on. Patrick promise to have it in his store in San Marcos two weeks before Christmas, today is January 11 and my flooring is still not here. Being resident of Fallbrook I wouldn't expect that kind of treatment from another resident, but I guess it could happen anywhere this days.
The excuse I have heard from the owner was almost funny, "" I forgot to pick up your order from Los Angeles"", "" Sorry, I dropped the ball"", ""I will have it delivered to your home"", "" Can I bring it tomorrow morning instead of tonight?"", and last one "" I will be there in one hour"". I am tired of waiting, I can't make plans for installations, it messed up so many other people and their plans, and finally I have PAID for it in FULL!!! I will not recommend this business to anyone, unless he have it in the stock on the back of his store, otherwise, NO! Don't fall for his charm, he's a liar. Imagine of what I can do (if I was crook like him), with the money he's collecting from people and keeping it for month and half or two. The investment and profit could be incredible (not in your favor), so you decide.
