Review content:
I came in to the restaurant the end of September ordered an appetizer and an item for one child, because she had to go to cheer practice. I also ordered a lot of food for 6 children and 2 adults to go. The server notified me and stated she doubled and tripled check the items. When we got home and was ready to eat our food, my order was completely wrong.:( Some items were missing, one of my children didn't get their order, and some of the orders were wrong. To my dismay, I contacted the manager Kathy and explained the situation, and I also came in person so that my problem would be rectified. Kathy stated she would pass the message on to Bob Miller the general manager. I never heard from him, so I called her again , and she stated he would call tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came and went, no word from him. I called today, and Bob answered the phone. I explained to Bob the entire situation, and he wanted me to come again in person and be inconvenienced, after I had already been up there twice. The main issue is I spent close to $100 dollars, and he didn't want to refund the amount. He stated he would have to contact corporate on Monday.
This issue could have been resolved, if he would've contacted me weeks ago. Kathy stated it would take approx. 5 days for the amount to be credited to my card, but that never happened. I will be contacting corporate as well on Monday.
