Finding a reputable,reliable,honest & fairly priced H&A Co can be a daunting task. In Fl, there are many of these companies more than willing to exploit the trusting consumer.We found Bayside to be the EXCEPTION! A little over 8 yrs ago, in the middle of the summer, a holiday weekend, our air went out. An aquaintance recommend we call Gary Robinson w/Bayside H&A. We were skeptical because of past experiences with other H&A CO, but found Mr Robinson to be a breath of fresh AIR! He came to our home that weekend and repaired the compressor to get us through the weekend. He explained in layman terms what the repair entailed,our options,ie:repair vs replacement(17yr+old unit)&costs involved.We found him to be very knowledgable & were impressed by his professionalism & sincerity.RARE QUALITIES THESE DAYS!We were prepared to replace the entire unit,but Mr Robinson advised it was not necessary at this time, saving us thousands.Our air unit had been serviced in the spring of that year and we were advised by another company to replace the entire unit at an exoberant cost. Mr Robinson did not charge us for the repair as we decided to purchase a new compressor at a very reasonable price. We later replaced the air handler thru Bayside. Bayside has consistently provided us, our family members, and friends with excellent service through the years. I would highly recommend them to anyone..
