Reserved for my family for 7PM on 10/28. No one seated us for about 30 min. Even 2 walk-in groups were seated while I was kept waiting. I complained to the waiter but he treated me terribly. I asked for manager's contact, then he said it was posted outside so write down yourself! He refused to give his name to me. He even said ""Behave yourself!"". He eventually told me his name was 'Smith'. We walked out without eating. I complained to the manager next day and he told me he was Edward, not Smith. The waiter lied about his name. But manager did nothing about this guy. I used Juban a few times. OK food, terrible service all the time. I will never go again.
Pros: OK quality BBQ
