Review content:
After thinking about taking yoga classes (for some time) I was finally swayed to take a chance by an awesome 'Groupon' opportunity. Unfortunately, I just couldn't seem to get my life schedule to work with the class schedule; I was bummed! I decided to 'gift' the groupon as a 'thank you' gift to someone who has been really awesome to me (and who happens to love yoga.) Imagine my embarrassment when they presented the 'groupon' only to have it turned down because they, themselves, had purchased a past groupon! Now I understand that a business cannot have a person buying multiple groupons to scam them out of profit, but I also do not want to have to qualify any potential recipient of my gift with ""have YOU used something like this before?!"" While some could argue that this is a review of Groupon, I would say that it is bad customer service on the part of B Yoga. I hope to take part in yoga classes at a time when my mommy/work schedule permits - and when I do, I will do it at a place that understands customer service.
