Review content:
I hired them for packing my house and fired them when the job was less than halfway done. They were dishonest in their estimate and in managing my concerns. ""Michael"" who gave me the estimate was conveniently always ""on the phone"" when I called repeatedly trying to address my concerns and the cost over-runs. The packers and the people in the office discussed my concerns by phone - in front of me - in a language I could not understand; and would not let me speak with ""Michael"" directly to address the mess going on in my home. I was overcharged; they said my charges would not go through on my creditcard (which the bank said was fine) and required cash - i finally paid them to get them out of my house. I have been opening and checking boxes they packed and am having to repack them as the contents are so poorly packed or protected they would be ruined in my cross-country move. A nightmare!
