I am a dedicated Toyota owner who feels the need to praise on of your employees. It is not just the quality of the car that keeps me coming back to Toyota, but the quality of your employees is a major plus also. Chris is an amazing young man. He is always willing and able to help me no matter what the problem is. He always takes the time to answer questions over the phone and is always patient when I bring the car in with my long list of questions. He goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I used to dread the visit to the service department with the other cars that I have owned , but now it is a pleasant experience. Thank you for your terrific service department and especially for Chris.
