I wish I had more room to write and a zero star option. Bottom line is if you see this company, run. We paid Shannon in full before our wedding and never got our pictures. We were given the run around by company owner Shannon for months and now there is no communication at all. My wives grandfather was hospitalized for cancer and released just for our wedding day. Unfortunately he couldnt take it at the wedding and was forced to be in bed the whole ceremony and had to be brought back to the hospital the same night. As discussed with Shannon and promised to her grandfather we were suppose to get our pictures in late August. Never happened. Then early September..never happened. Then late September...never happened and after 3 broken promises to Jackies grandfather he could no longer hold on and lost his fight to cancer. We have yet to get our pictures and communication has stopped. We had to pay a private investigator to find out where Shannon now lives and now we are paying for a lawyer to get things taken care of. A wedding is suppose to be a special day with special pictures to remember for life. One day my wife and I will not have the memory or mind set that we do today and are going to need our photos to remember the evening but thanks to this con artist company we will never be able to look back at the most memorable evening of our lives. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, spare yourself the heart ache and pain and do not even consider this company.
