I recently moved to Waltham and was so excited to read 2 good ratings on this place and decided to try it out. I have few problems with this store. First of all, it?s not easy to get to. I called twice for more direction and they never picked up. I got there and stood around for about 6-8minutes because the owner was not there. Their price quote was outrageous. I ended up taking my shoes back to my old shoe repair, Jimmy?s in Cambridge. Jimmy did my shoes in about an hour and $20 cheaper than Colonial.
