My husband and I have been eating at Sundance in Apache Junction for approximately 4 months now, although we recently went there for dinner and had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered the Shimp dinner, although received just 5 shrimp. The cook that had been screaming at our waitress for substituting cottage cheese for french fries came out of the kitchen to speak with me. Unfortunately she offered no remedy of any kind for the 5 shimp that were on my plate, even though I offered to pay for more shrimp. I then called the owner the next day to inform her of what had transpired, being if she doesn't know what is going on in her restaurant, there's no way for her to correct the issue. The owner's son got on the phone, and this young man was one of the most disrespectful individual's that I've ever dealt with. When I ask him for his mothers name along with when she would be available to talk to me, he claimed that I was ""irritating"", therefore he would not provide me with that information. My husband and I were spending approximately $140.00 per month at Sundance, although two customers lost, and many will be lost if Sundance is unable to learn to appreciate their customers along with their concerns. Customer service and good food is what makes a successful balance sheet, although Sundance is missing part of that equation.
