Review content:
I took my car in yesterday 10/19/11 to have it detailed. I'm selling it and someone scheduled to test drive it. I'll admit, it was very dirty. I was sure to clean out most of the trash before bringing it in. I asked to wash and wax, wipe down the hard surfaces, and shampoo my seats and carpets. I asked for them to vaccume my truck out. My mom met me there since it was going to take a while for everything to be finished. They called me as soon as it was done. When I arrived all of my doors were open to let everything dry out. Well, lets just say that I'm glad that I came right away. I understand that they were being courteous and letting things dry, but it would have been better on my battery if they just left the windows down. I checked the trunk before I left and it SEEMED to be what I wanted, until I got home and realized that all that cleanliness in my trunk was indeed my floor mats. Under my floor mats was all the dirt that I asked to be vaccumed. It's not like they forgot. They had to open the truck and see that before they threw my floor mats in. They did a fantastic job on cleaning my floor. Maybe they just didnt get the memo.
